Gov. Corbett continues to push lottery scheme, despite millions in fees paid to consultants that belongs to seniors and lottery-funded programs.

Gov. Tom Corbett will extend a controversial, stalled contract with a foreign company that wants to manage the Pennsylvania Lottery despite mounting criticism that is finding its way into his re-election bid.

The contract, which has cost taxpayers $3.4 million and the state Attorney General halted eight months ago over legal concerns, would have expired Tuesday without an extension.
