Rep. Neal Goodman calls for one-year moratorium on move to privatize the Lottery

Rep. Neal Goodman, D-Schuylkill, has introduced a non-binding resolution calling for a one-year moratorium on the move to privatize the Lottery so that hearings can be held and proposals can be vetted. He issued a press release Monday calling on Gov. Corbett to support it.
